Biography
Tony, an ex Police Officer, has been in the ministry since 1978 when he was the Youth Pastor at Newtown Pentecostal Church in Mid Wales. He moved to Jacksdale near Nottingham where he pastored for 10 years seeing great things happen.
In 1990 he moved with his wife to the USA where he pastored near New Orleans and then in San Antonio, Texas. In 2001 God called them back to the UK and to South Wales in particular. He started City of Refuge Christian Fellowship six years ago and has seen steady growth.
